Convert HEIC to JPG — without uploading your photos
Drop in one or more .heic/.heif photos from an iPhone and get back normal JPGs — nothing is ever uploaded, the HEIC decoder runs entirely inside this page.
How it works: drop your HEIC file(s) below, wait for the converter to finish, then download a JPG (or a zip if you dropped more than one). Orientation is preserved automatically.
Loading the HEIC decoder… (this runs once, about 1–2MB of WebAssembly)
How to use this tool
Open index.html in any modern desktop browser (no install, no internet connection needed after the first load).
Wait for the "HEIC decoder ready" banner (usually under a second — it's loading roughly 1MB of embedded WebAssembly).
Drop one or more .heic/.heif files onto the dropzone, or click it to browse. Adjust JPEG quality first if you want something other than the 85% default.
Watch each file's status (queued → converting → done or failed).
Download: a single "Download [name].jpg" button for one file, or "Download all as ZIP" for a batch.
Drop .heic / .heif files here, or click to browse
