Where does the OCR run?

Inside the file. The Tesseract engine ships embedded in the page — scan a receipt and the recognition happens on your device with zero network requests. The page works fully offline.

How accurate is the extraction?

VAT/tax lines and TOTAL lines parse reliably on clear photos; the row lands in an editable table so you fix anything odd in place. Comma decimals (12,50) and Dutch/English totals are handled.

Can I combine multiple receipts?

Yes — scan receipts one after another, each becomes a row, and the report totals net, tax and total live. Export the lot as CSV or print a PDF.
