What does my client receive?

A single self-contained HTML file. They double-click it, it opens in their browser, they fill it in and use Print → Save as PDF. No account, no app, no upload — the answers never leave their device.

What question types can I add?

Short text, date pickers and long answers — as many questions as you want, each with its own hint text.

Does the form check for missing answers?

Yes — the generated form highlights unanswered questions and only shows the 'done' confirmation when everything is filled in.
