Photos are read locally and embedded as data URIs in the exported file — nothing is uploaded, ever. The exported gallery is a single HTML file your client opens in any browser: grid, fullscreen viewer, keyboard navigation and per-photo downloads work with no connection. Questions people ask

How does the client open the gallery?

You send them one HTML file — email, WeTransfer, USB stick, anything. They double-click it and the gallery opens in their browser: grid, fullscreen viewer with arrow-key navigation, download links. No account, no link that expires, no app.

Are the photos inside the file?

Yes — embedded as data URIs. That's why the file works offline forever and why you should resize photos to delivery size first (the Batch Image Resizer does this locally). A 60-photo gallery of web-sized JPEGs lands around 40–80 MB.

Can the client pick favourites?

They can download any photo from the free gallery. The paid desktop app adds a per-photo favourites toggle that saves a list you can read back.
